Getting Support & Ticket Guidelines

Need help with your service? Follow these guidelines to ensure rapid support response.

1. How to Open a Support Ticket​

  1. Join our Discord server.
  2. Head to the #support channel.
  3. Click Create Ticket and select your query category (Technical Support, Billing, or General Inquiry).

2. What to Include in Technical Support Tickets​

To help staff resolve issues quickly, always provide:

  • Your Server ID or Panel Username.
  • Relevant console error logs (copy/paste into a code block).
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
