This Privacy Policy explains how our hosting platform ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our Minecraft server hosting, Discord bot hosting, and related development services (the "Services"), available at our website.

Our platform is operated by an individual, not an incorporated company. You can reach us via our official support channels or ticket system.

We serve customers worldwide, including in the Middle East, the UK and EU, and the United States. All prices, invoices, and transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD $). This Policy is written to meet the requirements of the UK and EU GDPR, US state privacy laws, and the data protection laws of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Where your local law gives you stronger rights than this Policy describes, your local law applies.

1. Information We Collect​

Account Information​

  • Email address
  • Username and password (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text)
  • Discord ID and username, if you sign in or open support tickets through Discord

Billing Information​

Payment is processed through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All transactions are billed in USD ($). We do not receive or store your full credit card number. We retain invoice records, the amount paid in USD, and the specific plan purchased.

Service and Technical Data​

  • IP addresses used to connect to our website, game panel, or hosted servers
  • Server logs, console output, resource usage, and error logs from the Pterodactyl panel
  • Files you upload to your server (worlds, plugins, configs, bot code)
  • Browser type, device type, and timestamps

Support Data​

Messages, tickets, and attachments you send us by email, Discord, or our support system.

Development Clients​

If we build a custom Discord bot or Minecraft add-on for you, we may store project specifications, API keys or tokens you share with us, and the produced source code.

Cookies​

Session cookies to keep you logged in and basic security tokens. See Section 10.

2. Data You Store on Our Servers ("Customer Data")​

When you run a Minecraft server or Discord bot on our infrastructure, that service may collect data about your players or users — for example player IP addresses, UUIDs, chat logs, or Discord user IDs.

For that data:

  • You are the controller. You decide what your server or bot collects and why.
  • We are the processor. We store and process it only to provide hosting to you, or where law requires.
  • You are responsible for having your own privacy notice, for obtaining any consents your players or users need to give, and for complying with Minecraft's and Discord's terms and developer policies.

We do not read, mine, sell, or use your server files or bot data for our own purposes. We access them only when you ask us to (e.g., for technical support), when needed to keep the platform running, or when investigating abuse or legal complaints.

3. How We Use Your Information​

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account and provision your server instances
  • Process USD payments, renewals, and refunds
  • Provide technical support and respond to support tickets
  • Monitor resource usage, prevent abuse (DDoS attacks, unauthorized crypto mining, spam bots, pirated software, illegal content), and maintain server node stability
  • Send service notices such as maintenance windows, suspensions, or billing reminders
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Send marketing or promotional messages only if you have opted in; you can opt out at any time

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Contract — to create your account, run your servers, and process USD payments
  • Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and improving the Services
  • Legal obligation — retaining invoice records for tax compliance
  • Consent — marketing messages and non-essential cookies

Users in Middle East Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait): These regimes treat consent as the primary basis for processing. By creating an account and using our Services, you consent to the processing described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support or closing your account, though we cannot continue to host your servers without essential account data.

5. Who We Share Data With​

We share personal information strictly with necessary service providers:

  • Payment Processors — Payment gateways to process transactions securely in USD
  • Infrastructure Providers — Datacenter and server hardware providers hosting our nodes
  • Communication Tools — Transactional mail services and Discord for ticketing and community support
  • Law Enforcement — Where legally required or to respond to credible reports of illegal activity on our network

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. International Data Transfers​

Our nodes and service providers may operate internationally. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on standard protection frameworks and safeguards.

Middle East Customers: Your account, invoice (USD), and support data may be processed on our main administrative infrastructure, and your server files reside in whichever datacenter location you choose during order setup. By ordering a service, you acknowledge and agree to this processing.

7. Data Retention​

  • Account & USD Billing Records: Retained while your account is active, and up to 7 years post-cancellation for accounting and tax requirements.
  • Server Files & Backups: Deleted within 7 to 30 days after a service is cancelled or terminated.
  • Support Tickets: Retained for up to 24 months for quality assurance and reference.
  • Access & Security Logs: Kept for up to 90 days, unless required longer for an ongoing security investigation.

8. Your Rights​

Depending on your jurisdiction (UK, EU, US States, or Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE), you have rights to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Obtain a copy of your data or withdraw consent

To exercise any rights, contact us through our official support ticket system or Discord server. Responses are provided within 30 to 45 days. Note that deleting your account permanently erases your server files, worlds, bot scripts, and backups.

9. Children's Privacy​

Our Services are intended for server owners and developers. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who is responsible for any USD payments.

If you run a Minecraft server or Discord bot that interacts with minors, you are responsible for complying with COPPA, the UK Children's Code, and applicable regional digital safety regulations.

10. Cookies & Local Storage​

We use essential session cookies and local storage tokens required for:

  • Keeping you securely logged into the game panel and client area
  • Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection

Disabling essential cookies via browser settings may prevent the panel and authentication screens from functioning properly.

11. Security​

We secure your data through encrypted TLS/SSL connections, hashed passwords, Pterodactyl container isolation per server, and restricted administrative access. You are responsible for maintaining strong credentials and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.

12. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revisions. Continued usage of our Services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Policy.
