Navigating the Pterodactyl Panel

Welcome to the CordenX server management panel! Our hosting services run on the Pterodactyl Panel, providing full control over your server instance.

Accessing Your Panel​

  1. Log into your panel account at your server URL (e.g., panel.cordenx.xyz).
  2. Enter your account username/email and password.
  3. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter your 6-digit authenticator code.

Console & Power Controls​

From the Console page, you can monitor live server performance and manage power states:

  • Start: Powers on your server instance.
  • Restart: Gracefully stops and reboots the server.
  • Stop: Sends a graceful stop command (stop or end).
  • Kill: Immediately cuts power (use only if the server is frozen or unresponsive).

Console Command Input​

The command input bar at the bottom allows you to execute commands directly on your server process without being in-game (e.g., op <username>, say Hello World, or save-all).

Account Security & Sub-Users​

Setting Up 2FA​

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account.
  2. Navigate to Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator or Authy and enter the 6-digit verification code.

Inviting Sub-Users / Staff​

You can grant access to team members without sharing your password:

  1. Navigate to Users in the server side navigation.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Enter the sub-user's email address and select the specific permissions they require (e.g., console access, file access, restart permissions).
  4. Click Save.
